Abstract: Based on the analysis of the safety status quo of fire fighting and emergency rescue operations, the types and characteristics
of the disaster are studied, and combined with the operation command process, the countermeasures of the safety control mechanism of the fire fighting and rescue site, the safety operation regulations of firefighters and the safety operation regulations of the emergency rescue team are put forward. The purpose is to control the safety of fire fighting and emergency rescue operations, improve the effectiveness of on-site safety management and control,and the ability of emergency avoidance and rescue, and minimize the casualties of firefighters.
