Abstract: With the development and utilization of underground space in urban construction of China, multi-layer sunken square becomes more and more common. But, the evacuation design of multi- layer sunken square has not been solved properly. Based on GB 50016- 2014 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings, the evacuation characteristics and difficulties of multi-storey sunken square was analyzed, the evacuation design scheme was put forward, and the feasibility of scheme was verified with simulation analysis of evacuation.
