Abstract: At present, in Heilongjiang Province, there are still some cities and counties can not guarantee the municipal water supply for 24 h. During water suspension period, fire water cranes, municipal fire hydrants can not be used. Relying on units fire pool to construct fire water intake has the advantages of short construction cycle，low cost，cold prevention and convenient usage, which can effectively solve the problem of the insufficiency of city public fire water supply.
