Abstract: In order to study the effect of high temperature on the properties of concrete containing ground blast furnace slag, the mass loss, carbonation depth, residual compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete were measured at 150 ℃ to 700 ℃ when the proportion of ground blast furnace slag was 0,10%,30% and 50% respectively. The results show that the mass loss and carbonation depth of concrete samples increase with the increase of temperature, and the mass loss and degree of carbonation increase with the increase of slag content. In addition, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete samples decrease with the increase of temperature. The relative compressive strength of concrete samples with 10% slag content is the highest, and the relative elastic modulus of concrete samples with high slag content is lower than that of concrete samples with low slag content.
