Abstract: In order to give full play to the full-time fire brigade of local government to supplement and assist the national comprehensive fire rescue team, promote the construction of a comprehensive coverage, overall development, practical and efficient urban and rural fire rescue system to meet the needs of "all kinds of disasters" and "major emergency". Taking the construction and management of full-time fire brigade of Zhangjiakou Municipal government as a sample, this paper puts forward the "four unified" management system of unified recruitment, unified distribution, unified guarantee and unified management, so as to promote the construction and management of full-time fire brigade of Zhangjiakou Municipal government.
