Abstract: The control ability, sustained ability and support ability of the fire rescue team in the attack stage, stalemate stage and decisive stage were expounded. The methods of pre-test estimation,field operation, analysis and comparison were used to evaluate the combat capability according to the contents of the three stages. Problems should be noticed on combat capability evaluation were put forward include that combined with the actual situation of the unit, combined with equipment evaluation test results, serving the actual combat and etc.
