Abstract: After the reform of the fire fighting system and mechanism, with the rapid expansion of responsibilities and tasks, the training system of the fire fighting and rescue team is in urgent need of reform, and even needs to be reshaped and reconstructed. For the outstanding shortcomings in current training system, from training enthusiasm, training objectives, training content, training time, assessment applications, etc., analyze the causes of the problem, and adhere to the problem-oriented, combining with the exploration and practice of the Fujian Fire and Rescue Brigade, discuss the key tasks of training system reform and recommendations reference.
