Abstract: Focus on the new situation, new tasks and new requirements of the fire rescue team, analyze the deficiencies in the layout and capacity of the current fire rescue station, and scientifically build a new pattern of "one+N+X" accurate deployment of fire rescue volume with the goal of winning the actual battle, so as to realize the transformation from the uneven busy and idle load of people, vehicles and equipment in the fire rescue station to basically equivalent, and the transformation of fire rescue station from quantity scale type to quality efficiency type. The duty mode has changed from "passive combat type" to "active strategic type". Under the guidance of the main disaster types and fire-fighting and rescue tasks in the jurisdiction, scientifically build professional teams and large-scale teams and stations of fire-fighting and rescue stations: build a new fire-fighting and rescue operation formation system with "formation, management, training, dispatching and operation" as the starting point, so as to realize more reasonable team and station layout, more scientific operation formation, more accurate force dispatching and more efficient operation command, in order to comprehensively improve the ability to win the first battle and tackle tough problems.
