Abstract: Abstract: After the reform and affiliation transfer, the fire rescue team assumed the mission of "all disaster rescue and major emergency assistance". This article introduces how the fire rescue team built a unique operation system, during the rescue of extreme flood disasters, for flood fighting, drainage rescue, and disaster assistance, utilizing the existing fire extinguishing water supply vehicles, mobile pumps, and drainage trucks. Also, it is discussed how the system played an important role in handling extreme flood disasters and provided useful thinking about the construction of flood rescue systems and the allocation of flood fight equipment.
