Abstract: Analyzing the needs of fire rescue situational awareness circle, fusion circle, display circle, prediction circle, decision circle and evaluation circle model, the application demand of fire rescue situational awareness system in advance, in and after the event, the difficulties of constructing fire rescue situational awareness system were analyzed from the aspects of cross-cutting system convergence, intelligent equipment research and development, perception technology, data fusion, mathematical modeling and communication support, etc. From the formulation of regulatory standards, breakthrough key technologies, to increasing the strength of equipment research and personnel team construction， the construction of fire rescue situational awareness system countermeasures was explored.
