Abstract: The main problems of the full-time fire brigades were pointed out from the brigade quantity, construction quality, logistical support level, management system etc., its main reasons were dissected from the aspects of system design, performing the functions according to law, ideological understanding, organization construction, and then the probable results of ignoring the construction of full-time government fire brigades were indicated. The countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of full-time government fire brigades were put forward from the ways of perfecting laws and regulations, establishing management organization, clarifying identity and attribute, strengthening cadre team, clarifying relevant responsibilities, strengthening organizational construction, standardizing management according to law and strengthening comprehensive guarantee.
