氮气在七氟丙烷中的溶解度测定及计算

摘要: 为研究氮气在七氟丙烷内的溶解度,利用PVT实验装置测定了在不同温度和压力下氮气在七氟丙烷内的溶解度,并系统讨论了温度、压力对溶解度及亨利系数的影响,结合实验数据,建立了氮气在七氟丙烷内的溶解模型。研究表明,温度有利于氮气在七氟丙烷中的溶解;压力不利于氮气在七氟丙烷中的溶解;氮气在七氟丙烷中的溶解模型拟合数据效果较高,最大偏差未超过3%。

Abstract: In order to study the solubility of nitrogen in HFC-227ea, the solubility at different temperatures and pressures was measured by pressure-volume-temperature(PVT) apparatus. Then systematically discussed the effects of temperature and pressure on the solubility and Henry coefficient. Finally, based on the experimental data, the solubility model of nitrogen in HFC-227ea was established. The research shows that increasing temperature is benefit for N2 dissolution and the N2 solubility will increase with the pressure reducing in HFC-227ea. The fitting effect of nitrogen dissolution model in sevofluoropropane is better, and the maximum deviation is less than 3%.
