摘要: 为了评估干粉灭火装置在极端低温环境下扑灭风电机组火灾的灭火效能,建立了2 m3小空间和56 m3大空间灭火试验装置,在-30 ℃低温条件下利用干粉灭火装置开展了多次灭火试验,测试灭火装置的启动性能、喷射性能和灭火性能。试验表明,干粉灭火装置在低温条件下能够正常启动喷放,超细干粉的灭火性能未受低温条件影响,可以扑灭风电机组内A类和B类可燃物。低温条件对干粉的扩散蔓延特性影响显著,若采用全淹没灭火方式进行消防设计,宜开展灭火试验进行有效性验证。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the wind turbine fire fighting capacity of the dry powder extinguishing device in extreme low temperature environment,2 m3 small space and 56 m3 large space fire extinguishing test device was established. In the -30 ℃ low temperature environment, the fire extinguishing test was carried out by means of the dry powder extinguishing device. The start-up performance, injection performance and fire extinguishing performance of the fire extinguisher was tested. The test results show that dry powder extinguishing device can start normally discharge under low temperature conditions. The fire extinguishing performance of super fine powder was not affected by low temperature. The super fine powder can put out class A and class B combustibles of the wind turbine. Low temperature has a significant effect on the diffusion characteristics of dry powder. If the fire fighting design uses the total flooding extinguishing way, the simulation fire suppression test should be carried out to verify the effectiveness.
