重型汽车空调散热器烧毁原因分析与验证

Analysis and verification of the causes of the burning of truck air conditioner radiator

摘要: 通过对重型汽车空调散热器风扇电机烧毁事故应用宏观、微观、金相等测试方法进行原因分析,找出其烧毁的根本原因。利用模拟验证分析烧毁原因,并复现烧毁过程。结果表明,引起电机铜线瞬时一次熔断的根本原因为铜线表面存在裂纹,电机高速运转时裂纹疲劳扩展导致铜线截面积减小,启动时瞬间电流过大引起铜线高温熔断。铜线瞬时一次熔断后,熔断一端在停机后卡在电机转子与定子之间,再次启动时,由于启动扭矩过低使电机无法转动而过负荷,最终烧毁。

Abstract: This report analyzed the cause of the fan motor burnout through macroscopic, microscopic, and metallographic test methods to find out the root cause. The simulation verification was used to analyze the cause of burnout and replicate the burnout process. The results showed that the root cause of the primary short circuited of the copper wire was the existence of cracks on the surface of the copper wire. When the motor was running at high speed, the fatigue propagation of the crack caused the wire cross- sectional area to decrease. Excessive instantaneous current during startup caused high temperature fusing of the copper wire. After the copper wires fused, the fuse end was stuck between the rotor and the stator of the motor after stopping. When restarting, the motor could not rotate due to the low starting torque and was overloaded and eventually burned.
