Abstract: Aiming at the development goals of Shenzhen to build a pioneering demonstration zone with Chinese characteristics, based on Shenzhen's practice in social fire management, comprehensively sort out and analyze the prominent risk characteristics of fires in very large cities, and put forward solutions and suggestions in fire management from top - level design, implementation of the main responsibility,the innovation of management system,and strengthening the fire control of key areas and places.
