细水雾抑制烟草原料仓库火灾试验研究

摘要: 针对烟草仓库内烟草原料火灾,采用全尺寸试验研究高压细水雾的灭火效果。研究发现:细水雾作用于底部或侧面火源时,灭火效果较为明显。对于纸箱夹缝间火灾的灭火效果较差;通过设定不同喷头高度,发现喷头高度越高,到达火源的雾动量越低,灭火效果大大降低;同时发现烟草仓库火灾易发生阴燃,受限空间一旦进入大量新鲜空气,极易出现复燃。

Abstract: Aiming at the fire of tobacco raw materials in the tobacco warehouse, a full - scale experiment was carried out to study the fire extinguishing effect of high - pressure water mist. It is found that when water mist acts on the bottom or side fire source, the fire extinguishing effect is obvious. For the fire between the crevices of the cartons, the fire extinguishing effect is poor; by setting different nozzle heights, it is found that the higher the nozzle height is, the lower the droplets momentum to the fire source is, and the fire extinguishing effect is greatly reduced; at the same time, it is found that the fire in the tobacco warehouse is prone to smoldering, once a large amount of fresh air enters the confined space, it is very easy to reignite.
