某动画工作室火灾数值重构与应急处置对策

摘要: 为深刻吸取多层建筑发生火灾造成重大人员伤亡的事故教训,有效遏止和预防群死群伤恶性火灾事故发生,利用场模拟方法对某动画工作室火灾进行了数值重构,通过对火灾烟气浓度场、温度场、能见度的定量计算,表明火灾造成重大人员伤亡的主要原因与火灾现场勘察结论一致,并根据数值分析提出应急处置对策。

Abstract: In order to learn the lessons from the fires causing heavy casualties in the multi - storey buildings, stop and prevent the occurrence of malignant fire accident causing mass death and mass injury effectively, this paper applies scenarios simulation method to carry out the magnitude reconstruction of the fire happened in an animation studio in Kyoto, Japan. The quantitative calculations of fire smoke concentration field, temperature field and visibility show that the main cause of heavy casualties caused by the fire agrees well with the conclusion of the fire scene investigation. And the paper puts forward some disposal countermeasures based on the numerical analysis.
