Abstract: Starting from a fire review case, extracting the trace evidence around the fire site, investigating and questioning the insiders, carrying out simulation experiments, and explaining fire developing rules combining with the fire characteristics,etc. were introduced. How to explain the fire review case, and win the understanding and approval of the relevant were discussed. The main links should be put attention to when handling fire accidents were summarized, so as to reduce the contradictions and disputes in the very beginning of fire accident investigations.
