江西省森林防火法治体系建设现状分析

摘要： 总结我国森林防火法治体系内容。从森林防火责任、火源管理、森林消防队伍建设和管理、经费保障等方面阐述江西省森林防火法治体系的现状。从火源管理、行政执法、制度建设等方面分析其存在的问题，并从加强立法工作、规范执法、强化法治观念等几方面提出了对策和建议，为生态文明建设视域下的江西省森林防火法治体系建设工作提供理论支持。

关键词: 森林防火, 法治体系, 应急管理

Abstract: The forest fire prevention legal system in China was summarized. In points of forest fire prevention responsibility, fire source management, forest fire force construction and management, funding support, the real situation of Jiangxi forest fire prevention legal system was introduced. From aspect of fire source management, administrative law enforcement, system construction, problems existed were analyzed. Countermeasures and suggestions including strengthening legislation, standardizing law enforcement and intensifying legal ideology and so on. The study can provide theoretical support for the law system construction of forest fire prevention in Jiangxi Province under the visual field of ecological civilization construction.
