行业单位消防安全标准化管理的思考

摘要： 为深入推进行业单位消防安全标准化管理工作，分析了上海行业单位消防安全标准化管理的现状。结合国家相关法律法规、行业标准及文件要求，针对行业单位落实消防安全标准化管理存在的主要问题以及消防部门推动监管中存在的主要问题，提出了推动行业消防安全标准化管理的改进对策及建议。可以通过推进消防制度标准建设、加大消防标准监管力度、科学制定消防管理标准、研发消防标准信息系统等措施，最终提升行业单位消防安全管理能力。

Abstract: In order to promote the standardized management of fire safety in industrial units, this paper analyzes the current situation of the standardized management of fire safety in industrial units in Shanghai. In light of relevant national laws and regulations, Industry Standards and document requirements, in view of the major problems existing in the implementation of standardized management of fire safety by industry units and the major problems existing in the promotion of supervision by fire departments, the improvement countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the standardization management of fire safety in the industry.The fire safety management ability of industrial units can be improved by promoting the construction of fire control system standards, strengthening the supervision of fire control standards,making fire control management standards scientifically and developing fire control standard information system.
