摘要: 基于福建省漳州市古雷经济开发区一化工仓储企业10万m³轻质油品储罐外浮顶全沉没案例,详细复盘储罐全沉盘的紧急事故及消防应急处置历程,利用二氧化碳在灭火方面的优势特点,介绍了采用注入二氧化碳开展惰化应急处置的经过,分析了该类事故处置面临的主要风险挑战和思考,为同类事故处置提供工作启示和措施建议。

Abstract: Based on the case of a 100 000 m³ light oil storage tank external floating roof sinking in a chemical storage enterprise in Gulei Economic Development Zone, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, this article provides a detailed review of the emergency accident and fire emergency response process of the fully sunk tank. Utilizing the advantages of carbon dioxide in fire extinguishing, the article introduces the process of using carbon dioxide injection for inerting emergency response, analyzes the main risks, challenges, and considerations faced in the disposal of such accidents, and provides work inspiration and measures suggestions for the disposal of similar accidents.
