地下空间火灾烟气的泡沫净化技术研究

Research on foam purification technology in smoke from underground space fires

摘要: 为了有效控制地下空间火灾烟气,本文提出一种泡沫净化的新型消烟技术,并搭建了试验平台,简要介绍了泡沫消烟技术的优点,并阐述了净化工作原理。通过试验分析不同溶液与不同烟气浓度(以CO2体积分数为跟踪表征物质)对CO2脱除率的影响。研究结果表明:纯水、单体发泡液、复配发泡液3种溶液的CO2脱除效率分别为38.18%、56.71%、92.2%,从而得出复配发泡液对于CO2有着明显的净化效果。随着入口烟气浓度增加,CO2脱除率由93.21%降低至80.85%,降幅较小,证明了该泡沫净化技术对烟气中CO2良好的吸收效果。研究结果表明,泡沫对地下烟气具有明显的控制效果。

Abstract: To effectively control smoke from underground space fires, this article proposes a new smoke abatement technology with foam purification and builds an experimental platform. This paper briefly introduces the advantages of foam smoke elimination technology and expounds on the working principle of purification. This study experimentally analyzed the effects of different solutions and flue gas concentrations (CO2 concentration as the tracking substance) on the CO2 removal rate. The results showed that the CO2 removal efficiency of pure water, monomer foaming solution, and compound foaming solution were 38.18%, 56.71%, and 92.2%, which leads to the conclusion that the compound foaming solution has a significant purification effect on CO2. With the increase of inlet flue gas concentration, the CO2 removal rate decreased from 93.21% to 80.85%, which proved that the foam purification technology has a good absorption effect on CO2 in the flue gas. The results show that the foam has a pronounced control effect on underground smoke.
